• WHAT IT APPLIES TO
The "Satisfaction or your money back" guarantee applies to all services provided or managed by Eurostreet Linguistic Services or to all services provided by the company group, guaranteed by Eurostreet Linguistic Services , which are paid for in advance.
• PURPOSE
All customers (whether they are large companies, public organisations, independent professionals or private citizens) who place an online order with one of the companies in our group, either with prepayment by credit card or payment on delivery to Eurostreet Linguistic Services are given 100% assurance for the sum paid in advance.
• OUR AIM
To reassure customers who are wary of buying translation and/or language services online and to offer a discount.
Eurostreet Linguistic Services wishes to guarantee to all customers that:
- the language service (translation) will be delivered by the agreed deadline;
- the language service (translation) will be of the required quality.
If this is not the case, the customer will be refunded the sum paid on request.
• REQUESTING A REFUND
The company Eurostreet Linguistic Services (VAT number and tax code ) is committed to refunding any payments already made if the customer believes that the conditions of supply have not been met.
Refunds can be requested by:
A) clicking on "Request refund" on this page. Our Business Services Department will then contact you with details of the refund procedure.
B) completing the refund form by clicking here. We recommend this solution as the form contains all the information we require in order to refund the disputed service that has been paid for, thus speeding up the refund procedure.
• DURATION OF THE GUARANTEE
The guarantee shall be valid for 15 days from the date on which the service is delivered. Once this 15-day period has expired, refund requests may only be accepted at the discretion of the company Eurostreet Linguistic Services .
This 15-day duration is due to the binding commercial and tax requirement that all potential disputes must be resolved within 30 days of the date on which payment is received from the client.
• REFUND TIMES
1 to 4 working days.
• EXTENSION OF THE GUARANTEE
Our "Satisfaction or your money back" guarantee may be extended to "all" services provided (with advance or deferred payment) simply through written agreement between the two parties. This agreement must also include an extension of the duration of the guarantee for the same number of days agreed for the deferred payment.
